We’re back from another exciting year at NeoCon, and we’re thrilled to share some of the highlights with you. This year was extra special as we not only launched our brand refresh but also celebrated two major anniversaries: 9to5 Seating’s 20th and HÅG Capisco’s 40th.
New Product Launches and Textiles
We were proud to unveil six new products:
- Koble: Our innovative modular seating
- Tori Mid-Back: Offering both style and comfort
- Aven: A sleek addition to our portfolio
- Lilly Ottoman: A comfortable addition to the Lilly series
- Chic: A modern design for any space
- Ona: Perfect blend of form and function
Additionally, we introduced two new textile collections: Sil-One Novel card and Momentum Performance 4.0. You can check out these exciting new additions on our 2024 NeoCon hub page.
Record-Breaking Year
The biggest highlight? Winning three Best of NeoCon awards for HÅG Celi and HÅG Tion. HÅG Celi took home awards for Innovation and Sustainability, while HÅG Tion was recognized for Sustainability. This marks the first time 9to5 Seating has received Best of NeoCon awards, and we couldn’t be prouder.
Showroom Sucess
Our showroom update was a hit, featuring neutral colors and vibrant upholstery textures that showcased our new branding. The standout feature was a mural wall adorned with HÅG Capisco backs – a perfect spot for selfies, celebrating HÅG Capisco’s 40th anniversary. Our showroom window graphic across the way also paid homage to this milestone.

NeoCon Events and Highlights
We kept the energy high with our annual Monday night celebration inside the showroom, attracting over 1,000 guests. This year’s party featured delicious food, drinks, and this year’s signature cocktail: the espresso-tini, complete with branded 9to5 Seating toppers. A photo booth added to the fun, making it a memorable celebration of our 20th anniversary.
On Tuesday morning, we hosted Designer Talks. This year, QDesign, the creative minds behind our new Koble modular seating, shared insights about their design process. You can watch a short video of them discussing the features of Koble on our site.
Community Engagement
For the first time, 9to5 Seating sponsored NeoCon Talks, a panel discussion series on the 7th floor. This sponsorship allowed us to showcase our chairs in the NeoCon Talks café, where hundreds of attendees relaxed and mingled. Our Koble modular seating, Lilly, Jax, and HÅG Celi were all part of this comfortable setup.
NeoCon 2024 was a fantastic experience, filled with innovation, celebration, and community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many of you and look forward to sharing more good times with you next year.
