We’re back from another exciting year at NeoCon, and we are thrilled to share some highlights with you. From a newly redesigned showroom to sneak peeks of new product releases, this year’s NeoCon proved to be one of our most innovative showcases so far.

Showroom success
Our new showroom design was a hit, featuring monochromatic backdrop themes, modern workspace layouts, and chic lounge displays for showroom guests to enjoy. Our innovative modular seating, Koble, was the star of the showroom, displayed in multiple configurations.
This year’s showroom theme, The Office of Today, answers the question on everyone’s mind: what does the modern workplace really need? The space was brought to life by Carole Baijings, visionary designer and Creative Director. Renowned for her intuitive approach to color, form, and material, Baijings delivers conceptual clarity and emotional resonance to three Flokk brands: Stylex, 9to5 Seating, and HÅG. Though unified under the Flokk umbrella, each showroom stands on its own, offering a unique spatial experience and design perspective. Together, they form a collective story of innovation, functionality, and
forward-thinking sustainability.
The Office of Today presents a pragmatic yet vibrant vision for how we work now—casual, flexible, and real. Here, Baijings balances affordability and design integrity with intuitive layouts and purposeful choices that support today’s dynamic workflows.
Neocon events and highlights
Our annual Monday night celebration, Sips and Seating, was a huge success, as we unveiled our new showroom design and new, upcoming products, like Aven and Chic.
On Tuesday morning, we hosted A Conversation with QDesign, the creative minds behind our new Koble modular seating. QDesign shared insights about their design process.
Community engagement
9to5 Seating was the exclusive lounge and stage seating partner for NeoCon Talks, a panel discussion series on the 7th floor. This sponsorship allowed us to showcase Jax on the main stage, along with Lilly, Luna, and Koble, for audience and lounge seating, where thousands of attendees relaxed and mingled.
NeoCon 2025 was a fantastic experience, filled with innovation and community building. We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many of you and look forward to sharing more good times with you next year.
